(**) Badmouthing a former boss always leaves a negative impression on the interviewer.
Criticism of your prior boss may come across as an excuse of blaming him for your failure.
It also may suggest that you can't work with certain types of people - if you suggest that you are inflexible, you'll probably lose the job to someone who is easier to work with.
(**) Find the way to help others with one of your talents: you'll make new contacts, sharpen your skills and , most importantly, make the world a better place.
